Italian coastal soul meets the Gowings heat.
For opening night on May 27, we’re bringing in two Italian seaside heavyweights: Alessandro Pavoni (Ormeggio/a’Mare) and Giovanni Pilu (Pilu at Freshwater), joining our own Executive Chef James Kidman in the kitchen.
We go again on June 24 with Italian coastal legends: Danny Russo (SALA Dining) and Richard Ptacnik (Otto Ristorante), stepping up for round two alongside James.
