Monday to Saturday from 3 to 6pm, Gowings Bar delivers Sips N’ Snacks — a precisely timed window of $10 sips, $5 snacks, and one very good excuse to cancel whatever was meant to come next. Drinks are poured with intent (martinis included), snacks are small but decisive and the bar knows how to carry an afternoon.
For those who prefer their decisions made for them, The Filthy Good Trio takes centre stage: a cheeseburger, fries, and a filthy sip martini for $35. It’s oh so direct, a little indulgent, and unapologetically satisfying.
No bookings. No overthinking. Just Sips N’ Snacks, on loop.

Chef @jameskidman been busy in the kitchen playing with new menu plates as we start the new year. Table side bravado is in our DNA…should we fire up this table side beef tartare on the menu?! Oh and the homemade potato crisps…can confirm all was 10/10 ❤️🔥

A taste of Marlborough, served at the Gowings Chef’s Table🍷
To mark 40 years of @nautilusestatewines , we co-hosted The Marlborough Table, an intimate tasting that brought together Sydney’s top tastemakers, creators, and media for an afternoon of wine, food, and story.
Winemaker Clive Jones and our own QT Sydney Executive Chef @jameskidman led the way, pairing Nautilus’ finest drops with dishes crafted just for the occasion.
