🥩 Slate & Sizzle – 500g Tajima Wagyu skirt steak, buttery mushrooms, bright salsa verde, and two glasses of Ox Hardy’s 2022 Slate Shiraz (normally $40 a glass, yours for $18). All for $105. Built for sharing, best with beef.
🥓 Slate & Cured – Prosciutto, bresaola, fresh fig, a kiss of apple balsamic, and of course… two glasses of that same stunning Shiraz. $55 for two.

Introducing The Truffle Burger. She’s rich, glossy and built for pleasure. Foie gras folded through a juicy beef patty, melted Swiss cheese, sweet caramelised onion, a slick of truffle jus, fresh spinach, all tucked into a warm brioche bun.
It’s indulgence stacked high and dripping with intent.
